Tuesday, Jan. 1 – NEW YEAR’S DAY

Wednesday, Jan. 2 – Choir practice, 7:30 p.m.

Sunday, Jan. 6 – Feast of Epiphany, Worship service, 10:30 a.m. with Holy Communion (sanctuary upstairs)

Wednesday, Jan. 9 – Choir practice, 7:30 p.m.

Sunday, Jan. 13 – Worship service, 10:30 a.m., Lunch with the Bunch in the fellowship hall following the worship service. Bring your favorite soup or something to go with soup. WORSHIP SERVICES WILL BE HELD DOWNSTAIRS IN THE FELLOWSHIP HALL beginning Jan. 13 through March. 

Monday, Jan. 14 – Clean ‘n’ Gleam distribution, 6 – 8 p.m.

Wednesday, Jan. 16 – Choir practice, 7:30 p.m.

Thursday, Jan. 17 – Christian Friends Luncheon, noon– 2 p.m. Cost $6. Menu: sloppy joes. PROGRAM: HOBBIES. What are your hobbies? This month, persons attending the luncheon are asked to share their hobbies with the group. Hobbies include art, knitting, crocheting, painting, singing, collecting, etc.

Sunday, Jan. 20 – Worship service, 10:30 a.m. 

Monday, Jan. 21 – Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

Wednesday, Jan. 23 –  Choir practice, 7:30 p.m.

Sunday, Jan. 27 – Worship service, 10:30 a.m

 

 

LADIES BIBLE STUDY 

WHEN:  Every other Wednesday from 1–3 p.m. in the spring and in the fall. Spring session begins Weds., March 4, 2019 (weather pending)

WHERE: at the home of Carla & Mike Krucelyak, Punxsutawney

WHAT: We are studying the Gospel of John.

MAKING A DIFFERENCE: The proceeds from our 2018 indoor yard sale and bake sale exceeded all expectations: $1,043.19! The proceeds were donated to Children’s International Fund, the St. Peter’s UCC Care Committee, and Clean ‘n’ Gleam. Thank you to all who donated your stuff, worked, baked, set up, cleaned up, and purchased stuff.
